I tried buying bacon at BJs last month – store brand: Wellsley Farms Naturally Hickory Smoked Thick Cut Bacon.  It turns out we didn’t like it much.  We prefer thick cut bacon, which this is, but it tastes too much like ham and not enough like bacon.  So, next BJs trip I’ll see if there’s another thick cut option, or I’m going back to Oscar Mayer.

PS: Yes, I cook my bacon in bulk in the oven.
