This is the best week yet – only one total miss!
The good: broccoli, swiss chard, green leaf lettuce, pears, wax beans, cauliflower
The ok: spinach, cubanelle pepper, escarole, carrots (I’ve mentioned before we’re not huge fans of their carrots.), radishes
The waste/donate: eggplant
I only need to purchase the “good” category! It’s nice to not have a wasteful week, or one that requires lots of thought. I’m sure I could find a way to use everything in the “ok” category, if necessary, but I’m just as glad not to worry about it.
